🏢 China Railway Construction Corporation International (CRCCI) is currently seeking an experienced Electrical BIM Modeler to join our ongoing project in Riyadh.
🔹 Open Position:
1️⃣ Electrical BIM Modeler – Minimum 5 years of BIM-focused experience
🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain accurate 3D electrical BIM models using Revit.
• Prepare coordinated models for electrical systems, including power, lighting, low-current, and containment systems.
• Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines to identify and resolve clashes.
• Prepare electrical shop drawings, layouts, and construction documentation.
• Extract quantities and support material take-offs from BIM models.
• Update BIM models based on site conditions and construction changes.
• Ensure models and drawings comply with project standards and specifications.
✅ Requirements:
• 🎓 Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 8–10 years of total experience, with strong BIM experience.
• 💻 Proficiency in Autodesk Revit; knowledge of Navisworks is an advantage.
• ⚡ Strong Electrical BIM background.
• 🏗️ Experience with contracting companies, particularly in shop drawings and construction coordination.
• Experience in residential and commercial building projects.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
