We are looking for an experienced Senior Contract Engineer (Jordanian National) currently available in Saudi Arabia for immediate joining on a prestigious High-Rise 5-Star Hospitality Project.
⚠️ Only candidates with proven High-Rise Building and 5-Star Hotel project experience will be considered.

✅ Key Requirements
Jordanian National — Mandatory.
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.
Minimum 15–20 years of experience in contract management for major construction projects.
Mandatory experience in High-Rise Buildings, 5-Star Hotels, Luxury Hospitality, and Mixed-Use Developments.
Strong knowledge of FIDIC Contracts, contract administration, claims, variations, EOT, and dispute resolution.
Experience preparing, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, subcontracts, and commercial agreements.
Strong experience in contract correspondence, change management, claims preparation, and variation orders.
Ability to review BOQs, tender documents, technical specifications, and contractual obligations.
Excellent coordination with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project management teams.
Strong negotiation, analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
GCC experience with international contractors is highly preferred.
Candidates currently available in Saudi Arabia with immediate availability or a short notice period will be given priority.
⭐ General Requirements
Mandatory experience in High-Rise Building and 5-Star Hotel projects.
Experience with international contractors is an advantage.
Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
