Job Responsibilities
Manage daily warehouse operations and inventory activities.
Receive, inspect, store, and dispatch materials and finished products.
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock control.
Coordinate with Purchasing, Production, Sales, and Logistics departments.
Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical stock with system records.
Ensure proper warehouse organization, labeling, and FIFO/FEFO procedures.
Monitor loading and unloading activities.
Prepare daily and monthly warehouse reports.
Ensure compliance with company safety and warehouse procedures.
Supervise warehouse staff and allocate daily tasks.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Warehouse In-Charge / Warehouse Supervisor / Warehouse Officer.
Experience in FMCG, perfume, cosmetics, manufacturing, or similar industries is preferred.
Good knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.
Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Candidates currently based in Madinah are preferred.
Transferable Iqama / valid Saudi work status is preferred.
Ability to join immediately is an advantage.
