We have an urgent hiring requirement for an experienced Recruiter based in Riyadh to manage end-to-end recruitment across different positions and industries.
The role covers candidate sourcing, screening, initial interviews, coordination with hiring managers, and managing candidates throughout the recruitment process.
This is a full-time position, working remotely for the first 3 months, then transitioning to office-based work in Riyadh.
- 3–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Must be currently based in Riyadh.
- Arabic, both spoken and written.
- English, both spoken and written.
- Strong experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and recruitment priorities simultaneously.
- Good knowledge of LinkedIn, job portals, databases, and other sourcing channels.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
- Immediate or short-notice availability is preferred.
