I am looking for job in IT Field Support Engineer position.
I have over three years of experience in IT Support and IT Operations, and I have relevant experience in IT field support, including installing and configuring Windows systems, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting end users, and managing IT infrastructure.
I also have hands-on experience with Windows OS, POS systems, barcode scanners, printers, and other IT peripherals, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and onsite technical support. I am confident that my experience matches the requirements of your retail rollout project.
Additionally, I have experience in IT procurement, including sourcing IT hardware and software, obtaining vendor quotations, evaluating products, coordinating with suppliers, processing purchase requests, and ensuring the timely procurement and delivery of IT equipment in accordance with organizational requirements and budgets.
I am currently based in Riyadh and am available to work in Riyadh , Jeddah and Dammam depending on the available position. I am available to join immediately and am willing to work onsite, including deployment, rollout, and night-time cutover activities as required.
