Manage and update social media accounts regularly.
Create attractive advertisements for available shops, offices, apartments, and other rental properties.
Handle property listings and ensure advertisements are updated.
Respond to online inquiries and coordinate with potential tenants.
Promote vacant units and generate genuine rental leads.
Create creative marketing campaigns to increase property visibility.
Monitor advertisements and improve marketing performance.
Coordinate with the management team regarding available properties and promotions.
