Technical Support Specialist – iMile Riyadh
iMile is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Riyadh and provide system support, troubleshoot technical issues, and assist with API integrations for B2C/B2B logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and troubleshoot system issues.
Handle REST API integrations and third-party platforms.
Work with SQL/database queries.
Support logistics systems such as WMS, OMS, TMS, and CRM.
Monitor system performance and escalate critical issues.
Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Customer Service, and R&D.
Document technical issues and provide effective solutions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Knowledge of REST API and SQL.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills and fluent English.
Fast learner with a proactive attitude.
Understanding of logistics or e-commerce operations is a plus.
Based in Riyadh or willing to relocate to Riyadh.
Willing to work with iMile in Riyadh.
