Responsibilities
• Perform welding and fabrication works on Ready Mix plant machinery and steel structures.
• Carry out repairs, modifications, and fabrication of plant components.
• Fabricate items such as chutes, liners, pipes, brackets, supports, mounts, tables, and related components.
• Attend to plant breakdowns and carry out necessary repair works.
• Dismantle and reassemble equipment during maintenance activities.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and routine inspections of plant equipment.
• Identify mechanical issues and support timely troubleshooting and repairs.
• Inspect and test repaired equipment before returning it to operation.
• Ensure welding tools, machinery, and workshop equipment are properly maintained.
• Strictly follow HSE requirements and safe working practices at all times.
Candidate Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of welding & fabrication experience.
• Mandatory Ready Mix / Batching Plant maintenance experience.
• Previous GCC experience is essential.
• Technical qualification / High School Diploma is preferred.
• Strong hands-on skills in welding, fabrication, mechanical repairs, and plant maintenance.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced plant environment.
