Position Summary
Forsan Foods and Consumer Products Pvt. Ltd., is seeking experienced and dedicated Warehouse Incharge to oversee warehouse operations and ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and inventory management procedures across warehouse facilities in Riyadh, Saudi.
Role and Responsibility of the Warehouse Incharge
1. Ensuring all the SOP of the WH are in Practice in all the Warehouse
2. Ensuring all the GRV copies along with other shipment documents from all the division of are submitted to QA/QC for analysis.
3. Ensuring all the original GRV copies along with other shipment documents from all the division of are submitted to accounts.
4. Ensuring all the implemented documents are in practice and maintained well for the easy traceability in all the Warehouse
5. Ensuring Safety procedures are practiced in all the warehouse
6. Ensuring Hygiene procedures are practiced in all the warehouse
7. Ensuring all the cold room’s temperature are maintained as per the standard in all the warehouse.
8. Ensuring Receiving are done by the warehouse are in place
9. Ensuring all daily the dispatches are done are per the sale request
10. Rising MPR/MWR based on the requirements and needs of the Warehouse
11. Any deviation in the WH operation Standard, should be intimated to WH Managers
12. Ensuring all the WDR are prepared, physically moved to the Dumping location, made STR to dumping location for all the near Expiry
13.WH Staff Shift Plan
14.Coordinating with Motor pool department to all WH forklifts
Job Requirements
1. Qualification: Any Bachelor's Degree
2. Experience: 2–3 years of warehouse supervision experience
3. Age: 25–35 years
Technical Skills:
1. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
2. Basic knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
3. Preferred Nationalities: Indian, Nepalese, or Sri Lankan candidates
4. Health Requirement: Candidates must be physically fit and able to work in chiller and freezer environments.
5. Passport Validity Required: Minimum 3 years
Employment Details

3. Visa Status: Single Visa
4. Working Hours: 8 hours per day
5. Shift: Rotational Day/Night Shift (7 AM–7 PM / 7 PM–7 AM)
6. Weekly Off: One day per week (Friday)
Salary & Benefits
1. Basic Salary: SAR 2,300
2. Food Allowance: SAR 200
3. Accommodation and transportation: Provided by the Company
4. Overtime: As per company policy
