Prepare and review BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates for playgrounds, sports flooring, landscaping, sports courts, and outdoor works.
Review project drawings, specifications, and tender documents to identify the complete scope of work.
Prepare material and installation quantities based on drawings and site requirements.
Obtain and compare supplier and subcontractor quotations and prepare cost comparisons.
Prepare commercial quotations, tenders, and pricing submissions in coordination with the sales and technical teams.
Maintain accurate records of project costs, supplier prices, purchase orders, and subcontractor rates.
Coordinate with suppliers to obtain technical documents, TDS, certificates, warranties, and pricing.
Assist the project team with monthly valuations, progress claims, and payment applications.
Monitor project costs against approved budgets and identify potential cost overruns.
Support contract administration and ensure commercial compliance with project requirements.
Prepare final accounts and reconcile quantities and costs upon project completion.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal departments regarding commercial matters.
Key focus: Accurate quantity measurement, competitive pricing, cost control, tendering, procurement support, variations, and commercial reporting for playground and sports flooring projects.
