The ideal candidate will have strong experience in digital content creation, social media, photography, videography, and video editing, with the ability to independently develop and produce engaging content that drives brand awareness and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop creative digital content for our F&B brands.
* Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Reels and Stories.
* Conceptualize, shoot, edit and publish high-quality photo and video content.
* Create content for restaurants, food products, menu launches, promotions, events and campaigns.
* Develop creative concepts, scripts, captions and storylines.
* Stay updated with social media trends and viral content formats.
* Develop trend-driven content relevant to the Bahrain market.
* Manage and maintain a digital content calendar.
* Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams on campaigns and promotions.
* Support influencer collaborations, content shoots and brand activations.
* Monitor content performance and recommend improvements.
* Ensure all content is aligned with the company's brand identity.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in Digital Content Creation, Social Media, Digital Marketing, Videography or a related field.
* Experience in F&B, hospitality, restaurants, retail, lifestyle brands or creative agencies is preferred.
Strong portfolio demonstrating previous digital content, photography, videography and social media work.
* Ability to independently manage the content process from concept → shooting → editing → publishing.
* Strong video editing skills using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or similar tools.
Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop or similar design tools is an advantage.
* Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and short-form video content.
* Excellent creative and storytelling skills.
* Strong awareness of current digital and social media trends.
* Good communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
* Comfortable working on-site at restaurants/outlets for filming and photography.
* Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period are strongly preferred.
We are looking for someone who is creative, digitally savvy and hands-on — someone who can take an idea and turn it into compelling content with minimal supervision.
You should understand what works on Instagram and TikTok, particularly within the F&B and lifestyle space, and be confident creating content from start to finish.
