Technical Director (Arabic Speaker)
✅ Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum 20+ years of experience in technical management within major construction projects.
Fluent Arabic and English communication skills are mandatory.
Mandatory experience in High-Rise Buildings, 5-Star Hotels, Luxury Hospitality, and Mixed-Use Developments.
Strong experience managing technical and engineering teams across large-scale construction projects.
Extensive knowledge of design coordination, technical submissions, shop drawings, RFIs, material submittals, method statements, and design changes.
GCC experience with international contractors is highly preferred.
Candidates currently available in Saudi Arabia with immediate availability or a short notice period will be given priority.
⭐ General Requirements
Mandatory experience in High-Rise Building and 5-Star Hotel projects.
Strong Arabic and English communication skills.
Experience working with international contractors is an advantage.
Strong leadership and technical coordination capabilities.
🚫 Applicants without relevant High-Rise and 5-Star Hotel project experience will not be shortlisted.
