I help real estate and construction companies strengthen financial integrity, detect fraud, and close compliance gaps through risk-based audit planning. I uncovered fraudulent unit bookings exceeding PKR 1.6 billion during a departmental audit, preventing further financial misrepresentation and protecting revenue reporting integrity. I've also cleared PKR 7-8M in overdue reconciliations and strengthened controls across payments, payroll, accounts receivable, customer/client ledgers, land/property files, and vendor ledgers — including hands-on experience auditing land and house file documentation for a leading real estate developer.

I also have hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable, including customer ledger reconciliation, outstanding balance analysis, payment tracking, receivables follow-ups, and resolving account discrepancies.
