MPD Supervisor: The MPD Supervisor oversees the installation, rig-up, testing, and continuous operational management of specialized MPD surface equipment. Stationed at the rig site, they manage a team of operators and collaborate closely with the operator's Company Man, Drilling Engineer, and Driller. They utilize real-time automated software to monitor downhole dynamics, perform dynamic pore pressure tests, and handle minute fluid influxes or losses safely.
