✔️ Welcome and assist customers
✔️ Communicate with customers and answer inquiries
✔️ Handle basic sales and cashier duties
✔️ Keep the shop clean, organized and presentable
✔️ Arrange and maintain books and other items
✔️ Good English communication skills required
✔️ Friendly, polite and customer-oriented personality
✔️ Previous shop/retail experience is an advantage
