• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets
• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team
• Generate new business opportunities and acquire corporate and residential clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, property managers, facility management companies, hotels, restaurants, offices, and other businesses
• Promote pest control, disinfection, deep cleaning, and related service solutions
• Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Track sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
🔹 Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager / Sales Supervisor, preferably in Pest Control, Cleaning, Facility Management, or related services is must.
• Strong knowledge of B2B and B2C sales
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets
• Strong customer relationship and business development skills
• Valid driving license is must.
• English communication skills required; Arabic is an advantage
