Watchman Requirements:
Previous experience as a watchman or security guard preferred.
Responsible, punctual, and trustworthy.
Able to monitor the building/property and report any issues.
Basic communication skills required.
Maintenance Technician Requirements:
Previous experience in building maintenance.
Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, AC, and general maintenance work.
Able to identify and resolve maintenance issues.
Responsible, hardworking, and reliable.
Must be available for emergency maintenance when required.
