Terms & Conditions
1. Second Party (Client) will provide accommodations, and transportation.
2. Standard working hours will be ten (10) hours per day, six (6) days a week, Any hours worked beyond the standard ten hours or on designated holidays will be considered overtime and will be compensated according to company policy.
3. Your Company (2nd Party) will supply all necessary tools, PPE's and equipment required for the execution of work.
4. Your Company (Second Party) will maintain accurate time records and time sheets. These records will be submitted to Construction Fixtures Co., within three (3) days following project completion.
5. Your Company will release payments will be processed via bank transfer.
6. Payments will be made within Fifteen (15) days following the submission of an invoice every Month.
7. A government Value Added Tax (VAT) of 15% will be covered by the second party.
