• Supervise and direct electricians, apprentices, and subcontractors on-site.
• Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and riser diagrams.
• Assign daily tasks and track project progress.
• Enforce safety regulations and conduct on-site safety briefings.
• Order materials, manage inventory, and track crew hours.
• Troubleshoot complex electrical issues and inspect completed work.
Required Skills and Qualifications
• diploma or trade school certificate in electrical work.
• 2+ years of hands-on electrical construction or industrial experience.
• Strong knowledge of Bahrain electrical codes.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Driving license preferred.
