We are seeking an experienced and driven Operations Manager with a Thai or Asian background to lead daily operations across our Thai restaurant branch(es). You will be responsible for driving operational excellence, maintaining high service and authentic culinary standards, managing P&L, and leading our team to success.
The ideal candidate brings deep Food & Beverage (F&B) industry expertise specifically within Thai/Asian cuisine, proven leadership, and is ready for an immediate start with a transferable visa.
Key Responsibilities
* Daily Operations: Oversee overall Front-of-House (FOH) and Back-of-House (BOH) performance to ensure flawless service and authentic food quality.
* Financial Performance: Manage P&L, monitor labor and food costs, control waste, and implement cost-saving initiatives to meet profitability targets.
* Team Leadership & Training: Recruit, train, and mentor floor managers, Thai/Asian kitchen staff, and service personnel to foster a high-performance work environment.
* Quality Control & Compliance: Enforce health, hygiene, food safety, and local regulatory standards across all shifts.
* Inventory & Vendor Management: Manage inventory levels, maintain relationships with specialty Asian food suppliers, and ensure timely procurement of stocks.
* Guest Experience: Handle customer feedback, optimize guest satisfaction, and resolve service issues proactively.
Requirements & Qualifications
* Cultural & Culinary Background: Mandatory Thai or Asian background with deep familiarity with Thai cuisine operations, ingredients, and kitchen dynamics.
* Experience: 3+ years of operational leadership experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
* Visa & Availability: Must possess a local transferable visa in Bahrain and be available to join immediately.
* F&B Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of restaurant workflows, POS systems, inventory control, and kitchen dynamics.
* Leadership & Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, team management, and conflict resolution skills.
* Business Acumen: Proficient in reading financial statements, setting operational KPIs, and managing operational budgets.
Compensation & Benefits
* Salary: BHD 500 per month
