Chicken Packing Helper

We are seeking an efficient and detail-oriented Chicken Packing Helper to join our food processing team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, weighing, sorting, and packaging raw or processed poultry products in accordance with strict health and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sorting and Weighing: Inspect and sort chicken cuts by size, weight, and quality, ensuring accurate product measurement before packaging.
2. Packaging and Wrapping: Securely pack chicken products using trays, vacuum sealers, or wrapping machines following hygiene and safety guidelines.
3. Labeling and Tagging: Apply correct tags and labels containing item details, weights, production dates, and expiration dates.
4. Sanitation and Cleanliness: Regularly clean, sanitize, and organize work surfaces, packing equipment, and storage areas to maintain food safety standards.
5. Cold Storage Handling: Transport packed products to freezer or chill rooms efficiently to maintain the required cold-chain temperature.
6. Stock Assistance and Dispatch: Assist in stacking boxes, tracking inventory, and loading packages for delivery or dispatch.

Monthly Salary: AED 2000 – AED 3000
