We are seeking an attentive and hygiene-focused Dates Packing Helper to join our processing and packaging facility. In this role, you will be responsible for sorting, grading, weighing, and packaging various types of dates (fresh, dried, stuffed, or processed) into consumer-ready boxes, trays, and vacuum packs.
• Sorting and Grading: Inspect incoming dates to remove defective or damaged items and sort them by variety, size, color, and texture.
• Weighing and Portioning: Accurately weigh required quantities of dates into trays, gift boxes, pouches, or plastic containers according to product specifications.
• Packaging and Sealing: Pack dates neatly (including stuffed or chocolate-covered varieties) and seal containers using vacuum sealers, shrink wrappers, or heat sealers.
• Labeling and Tagging: Apply weight labels, barcode tags, brand stickers, batch numbers, and production/expiry dates onto packed units.
• Sanitation and Hygiene: Clean and sanitize sorting tables, utensils, trays, and packaging machinery regularly in compliance with food safety standards.
Monthly Salary: AED 2000 – AED 3000
