Safety Engineer

NEBOSH-certified Safety Engineer and HSE Professional with over 10 years of experience in construction, infrastructure, oil & gas, and water/sewage projects in Saudi Arabia. Experienced in HSE management, risk assessments, JSA/JHA, HSE plans, method statements, PTW, site inspections, audits, incident investigations, and high-risk activities including excavation, confined spaces, work at height, lifting operations, and heavy equipment. Strong knowledge of Saudi/GCC HSE requirements with excellent communication and coordination skills.
