Key Responsibilities
• Conduct routine site inspections to identify hazards and ensure full compliance with safety protocols.
• Lead incident investigations by determining root causes and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Deliver safety training sessions and daily toolbox talks to promote a zero-harm culture among all employees.
• Monitor permit-to-work systems ensuring high-risk work activities are safely managed and authorized.
• Maintain emergency response plans and coordinate regular drills to ensure team readiness for critical incidents.
• Compile detailed safety reports and metrics to present to senior management and regulatory authorities.
