**About the Role**
We are seeking an experienced Crusher Operator to join our mining operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of crushing equipment as part of the ore processing circuit.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Operate and monitor primary, secondary, and/or tertiary crushers to ensure consistent throughput and product size
- Conduct routine inspections and basic maintenance checks on crushing equipment
- Monitor feed rates, adjust settings, and troubleshoot operational issues
- Report equipment malfunctions and coordinate with maintenance teams
- Maintain accurate production and shift logs
- Adhere strictly to site safety, health, and environmental procedures
**Requirements**
- Prior experience operating crushing equipment in a mining or heavy industrial environment
- Understanding of crusher mechanics and material handling processes
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends
- Strong commitment to safety protocols
- High school diploma or equivalent technical certification preferred
