🎯 Requirements
🇸🇦 Saudi nationals only – in line with Saudization requirements
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
💼 Minimum 3 years of payroll experience
✅ Hands-on experience preparing, processing, and reviewing monthly payroll from inception through approval
✅ Strong knowledge of calculating:
💰 Basic salaries & allowances
➖ Deductions
📅 Absences & vacations
⏰ Overtime
💼 End-of-Service benefits
💵 Final settlements & employee financial dues
✅ Experience handling salary adjustments, promotions, and increments and understanding their impact on payroll
✅ Ability to review attendance and departure records and accurately link them to payroll processing
