Experience: 3–7 Years
We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our Construction team in Bahrain.
Key Requirements:
3–7 years of experience in a Quantity Surveying role
Strong background in Construction projects
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
Good knowledge of Civil construction works
Basic knowledge of MEP quantities
Good understanding of GCC construction contracts
Experience preparing BOQs, quantity take-offs, estimates, and cost plans
Experience in site measurement and interim payment valuations
Knowledge of variations, change orders, claims, and final accounts
Experience in subcontractor quotation analysis and procurement
Knowledge of cost control, cost reconciliation, and commercial reporting
Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings
Strong MS Excel skills
Familiarity with quantity take-off / measurement software
Good command of English and Hindi, both spoken and written
Key Responsibilities
Prepare BOQs, estimates, and quantity take-offs
Conduct site measurements and verify completed works
Analyze subcontractor and supplier quotations
Assist with procurement and subcontract administration
Evaluate variations, claims, and change orders
Monitor project costs and expenditures
Prepare interim valuations, commercial reports, and final accounts
Assist in contract and commercial administration
Maintain accurate quantity and cost records
