Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
* Minimum 15 years of experience in structural/precast concrete engineering
* Minimum 8 years in a managerial or lead design role
* Strong knowledge of precast concrete systems, reinforced & prestressed concrete design
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Tekla Structures, and structural analysis software
* Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
* Arabic & English proficiency
