We are looking for an experienced and skilled Pastry & Bakery CDP to join our kitchen team.
Requirements:
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in pastry & bakery
• Strong knowledge of cakes, desserts, pastries, breads & bakery production
• Good knowledge of preparation, presentation and portion control
• Able to work independently and manage the pastry section
• Good hygiene and HACCP knowledge
• Team player with good communication skills
• Transferable Iqama preferred
• Available to join immediately is an advantage
