Requirements
* Previous experience as a **Floorman / Roughneck / Drilling Crew** is preferred.
* Freshers without relevant experience may also apply.** Training will be provided to suitable candidates.
* Experience in **oil & gas, drilling, or rig operations** is an advantage.
* Basic knowledge of **drilling rig operations, rig-floor activities, pipe handling, and safety procedures**.
* Physically fit and able to work in a demanding site environment.
* Good understanding of **HSE and safe working practices**.
Key Duties
* Assist with drilling and rig-floor operations.
* Handle and assist with drill pipes, tools, and equipment.
* Maintain cleanliness and safety on the rig floor.
* Follow instructions from the Driller and senior crew.
* Perform duties according to company HSE procedures.
