Is it more important to find a team with direct experience in my specific niche, or does strong general development skill matter more than industry-specific familiarity?
I'm also trying to figure out how much to prioritize cost versus experience level. Dubai's market seems to have a wide range of pricing depending on the team, and I don't want to end up either overpaying for something a smaller, more affordable team could handle just as well, or underpaying and ending up with a rushed, poorly built product that needs constant fixes after launch.
