Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in civil construction projects
CRPEP License holder preferred
Strong expertise in site supervision, construction methodologies, and project coordination
Proven ability to manage site operations, manpower, and workforce efficiently
Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills
Strong knowledge of construction standards, quality, and safety requirements
Immediate joiners will be given preference
