A full flat with 2 bathrooms is preferred, or a 1 BHK with 1 bathroom.
Empty/unfurnished flats are preferable;
however, furnished flats will also be considered if the items are clean, well-maintained, and offered at a reasonable price.
Rent will depend on the location, condition, and overall standard of the property.
