Main Duties and Tasks Check the site: Look at work areas every day to find hidden dangers. Stop risks: Fix unsafe things right away. Teach staff: Lead safety training and fire drills. Look into accidents: Find out why an accident happened and write reports. Check gear: Make sure workers wear safety gear like hard hats and vests (PPE).Follow laws: Make sure the workplace meets all legal safety rules. Skills and Education Needed Degree or Diploma: Study in health, safety, engineering, or a related field. Certificates: Cards or papers like OSHA, NEBOSH, or local safety licenses. Communication: Good speaking skills to teach workers and talk to managers.
