*Role Overview*
We’re hiring motivated Female Sales Representatives to promote Zain telecom products and services directly to customers. You’ll be the face of EFAD-ZAIN and help customers choose the best mobile plans, devices, and offers.
*Key Responsibilities*
- *Sales & Targets*: Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for SIM cards, data packages, devices, and postpaid plans
- *Customer Service*: Consult with customers, understand their needs, and recommend the right Zain products
- *Field & Store Sales*: Work in assigned stores, malls, and field locations to drive activations and upsells
- *Product Knowledge*: Stay updated on Zain offers, promotions, and competitor packages
- *Reporting*: Maintain sales records and submit daily reports to the sales supervisor
*Requirements*
- *Gender*: Female - required for customer-facing roles
- *Experience*: 0-2 years in sales, telecom, retail, or customer service preferred but freshers welcome
- *Skills*: Excellent communication in Arabic. English is a plus. Confident, target-driven, and customer-friendly
- *Education*: High school diploma minimum
- *Other*: Must be able to work shifts, weekends, and in mall/retail environments. Saudi national or valid work permit required
