Responsibilities:
• Must have strong connections/networks with manpower workers and recruitment sources in these industries.
• Source and recruit qualified manpower according to project requirements.
• Find reliable candidates quickly and meet mobilisation deadlines.
• Coordinate candidates through the hiring process.
Payment: Commission/percentage per person successfully hired for ongoing projects.
