A leading Contracting & Construction Company is urgently seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to manage tower construction projects in Riyadh & Dammam, Saudi Arabia.

Job Title: Construction Project Manager – Towers
Experience: 10–15 Years
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
Location: Riyadh & Dammam, Saudi Arabia
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Manage tower construction projects from foundation through final handover.
Lead and supervise all concrete construction activities, including casting, formwork, reinforcement, and quality control.
Manage engineering, construction, and technical teams on site.
Monitor project schedule, progress, costs, and budgets.
Coordinate effectively with consultants, clients/owners, subcontractors, and project teams.
Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
Resolve site issues and make effective technical and operational decisions under pressure.
🔹 Requirements
10–15 years of proven experience in tower construction and concrete works.
Strong hands-on knowledge of high-rise/tower construction methodologies.
Proven track record of successfully delivering projects from foundation to handover.
Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment.
