Job Overview
We are looking for a creative, energetic, and customer-focused Bubble Tea Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience preparing bubble tea, beverages, desserts, and small food items, while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
We are looking for someone who doesn't just follow recipes but is creative, proactive, and always thinking of new products, flavors, and ideas that can improve the café.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare bubble tea, milk teas, fruit teas, and other beverages according to company recipes and standards.
Prepare small snacks, sandwiches, desserts, and other café food items.
Maintain consistent quality, presentation, taste, and portion sizes.
Operate the POS system and process customer orders and payments accurately.
Respond to customer messages and online orders in a professional and friendly manner.
Communicate with customers and provide excellent customer service.
Answer customer questions about ingredients, flavors, and menu items.
Keep the bar, preparation area, equipment, and storage areas clean and organized at all times.
Follow proper food safety, hygiene, and cleaning procedures.
Monitor ingredients and inform management when stock is running low.
Assist with stock preparation and daily opening/closing duties.
Help develop and test new drinks, desserts, snacks, toppings, and seasonal products.
Bring new ideas and suggestions to improve the menu and customer experience.
Stay aware of food and beverage trends and suggest products that could work well for the café.
Assist with product presentation and social-media-friendly preparation when needed.
Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining quality and customer service.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Barista or Bubble Tea Barista is preferred.
Experience preparing desserts, snacks, sandwiches, or light food is a strong advantage.
Experience with a POS system.
Comfortable communicating with customers in person and through messages.
Good communication and customer-service skills.
Strong attention to cleanliness and hygiene.
Able to work quickly and efficiently in a busy environment.
Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
Able to work a 12-hour duty and flexible shifts.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
