Job Responsibilities
* Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, tea, and other beverages according to company standards.
* Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other bar equipment safely and efficiently.
* Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming experience for guests.
* Take customer orders and process payments accurately.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and work area.
* Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory when needed.
* Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
* Work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
* Previous barista or café experience is preferred.
* Good knowledge of coffee preparation and espresso-based drinks.
* Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
* Positive attitude, punctuality, and professional appearance.
* Ability to work under pressure and handle busy periods.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
