Salary: SAR 1,800 plus FREE shared accommodation, transportation, and 1 duty meal

Role Overview: The Kitchen Helper supports the kitchen brigade with basic food preparation, cleaning, and organizational tasks, enabling chefs to focus on cooking and plating. This role is essential to keeping the kitchen running smoothly, hygienically, and efficiently throughout service in a fine dining environment.
Job Description
• Wash, peel, cut, and prepare fruits, vegetables, and other basic ingredients as directed by the chefs.
• Wash and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, pots, pans, and cooking tools throughout service.
• Keep kitchen floors, walls, and workstations clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and storing deliveries, checking items against orders and rotating stock (FIFO).
• Transport ingredients, supplies, and equipment between storage areas and kitchen stations as needed.
• Dispose of kitchen waste properly and maintain cleanliness of bins and disposal areas.
• Support chefs with basic prep tasks during peak service to help meet timing requirements.
• Follow all kitchen hygiene, food safety, and grooming standards in line with restaurant and Saudi regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
• Basic education; food safety or hygiene certification is an advantage.
• Prior experience as a kitchen helper or steward in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
