* Strong work experience may be accepted in lieu of academic qualifications .
At least 8 years of experience, including at least 3 years in a factory – leadership position as a production manager.
* Minimum 8 years of experience in the fabrication and installation of aluminum , wrought iron, steel structures , and portable units.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role .
* Experience in cutting, assembly, angles, profiles , doors, windows, steel structures, and portable units .
* Ability to read and execute blueprints and technical drawings .
Supervision of daily production operations begins with the initial sketches and continues until final delivery to clients.
* Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a multinational team .
* Proficient in software for reading engineering drawings and plans .
* Ability to solve problems and make field decisions .
Working with AutoCAD manufacturing software – dxf and cad
