Since becoming Executive Director in 2009, Deeksha has taken on responsibilities spanning Sales & Revenue Optimisation, Human Relations, People Management and Learning & Development. The LaLiT has been exploring expansion through management contracts and joint-development opportunities, while The LaLiT Traveller provides a pathway to reach emerging markets and smaller cities.
