Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to product registrations, certifications, and customs clearance. Manage SFDA (Saudi Food & Drug Authority) processes, import documentation, and regulatory approvals, ensuring that all imported products meet legal and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee product registrations, labeling approvals, and certifications with SFDA and other relevant authorities
2. Coordinate with customs brokers and freight forwarders to ensure smooth clearance of shipments, resolving any documentation or compliance issues
3. Work with procurement, logistics, and suppliers to ensure regulatory requirements are integrated into sourcing and shipping processes
4. Track changes in SFDA regulations, customs requirements, and import laws; update internal stakeholders accordingly
5. Identify risks related to compliance, delays, or product rejections; escalate and resolve issues to avoid business disruption
