Saudi Arabia – MGS III Pipeline Project
Lead Electrical Design Engineer
Looking for a Graduate Electrical Engineer with 10+ years’ experience to provide design support and to lead design process of electrical discipline with overall knowledge of electrical engineering activities and ARAMCO standards for oil & gas plants and cross country pipeline. Responsibilities include:
• Preparation of SLD, Layout, Earthing, Cable Routing, Lighting, Lightning Protection, Cable Tray routing. Design & sizing calculations of UPS, DG set, Solar system, HT & LT Transformer, Panel Schedule, Fire Alarm System, Cathodic Protection system, Sizing of Earthing Conductor, Cable sizing, Cable gland & lug selection and BOQ etc.
• Review drawings, data sheet and specifications
• Provide design solutions
• Pre-Tender Engineering including estimation of BOM (Bill of Materials) and preparation of MR’s / Offer reviews for Electrical items
• Perform design & sizing calculations of primary engineering electrical equipment and obtain approval from Client
• To Ensure deliveries are aligned to Project Schedule
• Pre-Tender Engineering including estimation of BOM (Bill of Materials) and preparation of MR’s / Offer reviews for Electrical items
• Inter disciplinary Co-ordination
Candidates with shorter notice period are highly preferred.
