Education
Bachelor's degree in Civil, Construction, Industrial Engineering or a related discipline; equivalent experience may be considered
Experience
Minimum 12-15 years total construction experience, including at least 7 years in major-project logistics leadership
Sector exposure
Mega-projects, complex buildings, cultural/entertainment assets, mixed contractor environments and constrained sites
Technical capability
Logistics planning, traffic/access, delivery management, lifting interfaces, temporary facilities, plant coordination, waste and reporting
Saudi experience
Demonstrated KSA project experience; PIF projects exposure preferred
HSE capability
Strong understanding of permit-to-work, lifting controls, traffic management, emergency access and site risk assessment
Digital capability
MS Office, reporting dashboards, document control and project planning interfaces
Leadership
Contractor coordination, conflict resolution, disciplined escalation, meeting leadership and concise executive reporting
Language
Professional English; Arabic capability preferred
Availability
Mobilization target within seven calendar days of client acceptance, access and sponsorship/Ajeer readiness
