The CR must be clean and in good standing, with no outstanding GOSI obligations, debts, or Zakat and VAT liabilities.
The arrangement will be as follows: I will become a partner in the CR, and we will apply for the financing. Once approved, the financing will be in my name. The current owner of the CR will receive the agreed amount, which will be a percentage of the financing amount, in addition to an agreed percentage for the broker/agent.
Afterward, the current owner will formally transfer their share and withdraw from the CR, receiving their agreed payment. Wishing everyone success.
