Perform rigging and lifting activities safely according to approved lifting plans.
Inspect slings, shackles, hooks, chains, and other lifting accessories before use.
Properly attach and secure loads for crane lifting operations.
Guide and signal crane operators during lifting and positioning activities.
Ensure loads are balanced, properly secured, and within safe working limits.
Follow site safety procedures, lifting regulations, and supervisor instructions.
Maintain good housekeeping around lifting and rigging areas.
Report damaged lifting equipment or unsafe conditions immediately.
Requirements:
Valid TÜV Certified Rigger Level 1 certificate.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a rigger in construction, heavy lifting, or industrial projects.
Good knowledge of lifting accessories and basic rigging techniques.
Ability to work safely in a heavy lifting environment.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Relevant site safety training/certificates will be an advantage.
