Job Summary:

The Crusher Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the crusher plant to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous production of aggregates according to project specifications and production targets. The role includes supervising manpower, equipment, maintenance activities, quality control, and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily crusher plant operations and ensure production targets are achieved.
Monitor and control crushing, screening, and stockpiling activities.
Manage operators, mechanics, drivers, and plant workers.
Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of plant equipment.
Ensure all machinery is operating efficiently with minimum downtime.
Monitor product quality, aggregate sizes, and material specifications.
Maintain daily production, fuel consumption, and equipment reports.
Implement and enforce safety procedures and company policies.
Conduct toolbox talks and safety meetings with workers.
Coordinate with quarry, transportation, and project teams for material supply.
Ensure proper housekeeping and environmental compliance within the plant area.
Control spare parts usage and report maintenance requirements.
Monitor fuel, lubricants, and consumable materials inventory.
Qualifications:

Minimum 5–10 years of experience in crusher plant operations.
Strong knowledge of crushers, screens, conveyors, generators, and heavy equipment.
Experience in aggregate production and quarry operations.
Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
Good knowledge of safety regulations and maintenance planning.
Proficiency in preparing daily and monthly reports.
Good communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
