Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage Electrical projects from planning through commissioning.
Review shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals.
Conduct site inspections and monitor construction progress.
Coordinate RFIs, technical queries, testing, commissioning, and handover.
Ensure compliance with design requirements, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Manage contractors, stakeholders, project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
Administer FIDIC and similar contracts, including contractor claims and compliance.
Monitor project risks, changes, progress, and overall project performance.
Requirements
🎓 Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
🔹 5+ years of relevant experience in building & infrastructure project management
🔹 Proven experience with residential building electrical systems
🔹 Strong knowledge of power distribution, lighting design & electrical safety systems
🔹 Knowledge of SBC and NEC codes
🔹 Proficiency in AutoCAD and electrical design/installation procedures
🔹 Strong leadership, communication, coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
🔹 Knowledge of project planning, scheduling, risk management, and construction safety
