Position: Project Engineer Mechanical
We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer – Mechanical with strong expertise in residential HVAC and mechanical systems, design reviews, site supervision, QA/QC inspections, installation, testing, and commissioning.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Review mechanical design packages, shop drawings, and as-built drawings.
• Supervise and inspect mechanical works and monitor project progress.
• Conduct QA/QC inspections and identify non-conforming work.
• Review contractor inspection requests, technical queries, and site clarifications.
• Coordinate and resolve mechanical design and construction issues.
• Verify quantities, completed works, and project progress.
• Support installation, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical systems.
• Lead commissioning, startup, and adjustment of mechanical systems.
• Monitor project schedules, milestones, deficiencies, and corrective actions.
• Maintain project records, daily updates, inspection reports, and documentation.
• Coordinate with FM, IT, HSE, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders.
🎓 Qualifications
✔ Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
💼 Experience Required
✔ Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience
✔ Strong experience in residential HVAC and plumbing systems
✔ Experience in design verification against construction
✔ QA/QC and mechanical material specification experience
✔ Mechanical systems installation, testing & commissioning experience
✔ Strong knowledge of mechanical codes and design
✔ Excellent written and spoken English
